We have 19 (originally 35) Magic-Pak 5MHP4-11-181FP that were installed to obtain certificate of occupancy only.  These units were never run.  They are out of the  box but carry a full warranty.

Note: Again, these units have been installed, but not run.  They are not "Perfect" however, they are unused.  We have cleaned these up from the temporary installation and will ensure that the units we ship are complete.  These units are sold as-is, however, they do have a factory warranty.  All sales are final.
