Noland Company's response to COVID-19

With everything changing, there are a few things that have stayed the same: one of those being, our commitment to you! We pride ourselves on great customer service and will always vow to put your and our families safety in mind. That being said, we have implemented new policies in regards to sanitation and social distancing.

The first steps:

By limiting the number of customers at the parts counter at one time, we can help slow the spread along with wearing the proper PPE such as gloves and masks when we serve you and gather your orders.

I can't make it there in the hours you currently have...

No worries! We are more than happy and able to conduct all business over the phone as well as through e-mail. If you are looking at making selections for your finishing products, the reps in the showroom are experts and can send you plenty of pictures to help you visualize your selections. 

What else?

By wearing gloves and masks, we help slow the spread of germs. From the counter to your doorstep, we make sure that even our delivery drivers are staying safe. We also offer free curbside pick up or free local delivery on most orders*.
